Morgan Fairchild (born Patsy Ann McClenny on February 3, 1950) is an American actress from America. The actress became popular in the 70s and 80s for the roles she played as an actress in television series. Her glamorous appearance was frequently the main focus of these series. Her career in the field began in 1973, playing Jennifer Pace on the CBS soap opera Search for Tomorrow. She was Jenna Wade in 1978, the first time an actress was able to do such a role. The following year, she was the role of Jenna Wade in Flamingo Road (NBC), where she received the Golden Globe Award nomination for the Best Actress - Television Series Drama. The show was a short run on ABC's premiertime soap Paper Dolls, and on the NBC soap opera Falcon Crest in 1985-86 as Jordan Roberts. Fairchild was also seen in the stage, and also playing guest roles on TV shows like Murphy Brown and Roseanne Cybill. The actress was nominated for a Primetime Emmy Award in 1985 for her part in this show. She also serves as an SAG-AFTRA Board member.
